Phil Terry

Phil Terry, CEO of Creative Good, and co-founder of Good Experience, Inc. is a business leader, social entrepreneur and advisor to the senior management of leading businesses and a regular voice in the debate about the evolution of brands, customer experience and culture in the 21st century.

Phil oversees the firm's consulting practice which is aimed at helping companies build better businesses through creating happier customers. More than 200 clients have been served from A&E Television, AARP, addias and Apple to Procter & Gamble, Victoria's Secret, Washington Post and Zale's Jewelers (see the full client list here). Phil also runs Creative Good's peer-to-peer forums - the Executive Councils (with 160+ senior executives) and the Associate Councils (with 50+ managers and directors).

Phil began Borrow a Book as a way to show support for public libraries and literacy. He's had a lifelong passion for community and youth development and is active with a range of organizations from the All Stars Project to Brooklyn's Prospect Park (where he sits on the board) to the Harvard Business School Cyberposium (longtime advisor to that international business and technology conference). He's also a former member of the Social Venture Network and a current member of the Young Presidents' Organization.
